About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and model data from multiple operational systems to support business reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for senior management.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, cost drivers and revenue opportunities.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT and finance to ensure data integrity and governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data analyst in a commercial environment, preferably hospitality or retail.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and advanced Excel functions.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data simply.
