About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for service performance and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business units to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
