About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to monitor lending product performance.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from relational databases using SQL and Python scripts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models to identify customer behavior patterns.
- Ensure data quality and integrity for all lending insight datasets.
- Document analytical methodologies and contribute to the evolution of the data platform.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive visualizations.
- Understanding of machine‑learning concepts and ability to apply them to business problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product and finance stakeholders.
