Lead the design and hands‑on development of enterprise‑scale planning models, driving workforce, finance, sales, and operations insights using Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable planning models for workforce, finance, sales, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Conduct advanced data modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards with Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and forecasting techniques is a plus.
