Data Analyst responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality reports and dashboards, enabling self‑serve analytics to improve guest experience, boost bookings, and support strategic business decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into analytical datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Identify data quality issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement improvements to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators, generate regular performance summaries, and recommend data‑driven actions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on reporting and dashboard creation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
