Data Analyst
Data Analyst responsible for developing, managing and refining information governance, preparing reliable performance data, and delivering monthly operational and strategic reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously improve data governance processes for performance measurement data.
- Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources using SQL to ensure a single source of truth.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations in Power BI and Excel for operational, JV partner and board reporting.
- Prepare, validate and present accurate monthly reports for senior leadership and strategic boards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, PMO and cross‑functional teams to align data collection with client reporting tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and data governance within a corporate environment.
- Strong SQL querying skills and proficiency in Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas and data modelling.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting cycles in a hybrid work setting.
