About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from mining, refining, and manufacturing processes to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide real‑time insights to engineering and product teams.
- Build predictive models using Python and machine learning libraries to forecast material demand and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Deploy analytical workflows on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of rare earth materials or related industrial processes is a plus.
