About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate customized reports for multiple medical billing clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze billing, collections, accounts receivable, denial management, and operational datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support client decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
- Maintain data quality, perform data cleansing, and document data sources and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Hands‑on experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, claims processing, and related terminology.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and clear communication of findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
