Data Analyst Intern responsible for extracting, cleaning, and visualizing data to support engineering decisions, leveraging Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS services to deliver actionable insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
- Deploy data pipelines and models on AWS (S3, Glue, SageMaker) ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define data requirements and validate solutions.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Glue, SageMaker) and cloud data workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and effective communication.
