About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines to ingest macroeconomic and transactional data from internal and external sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to define metrics, establish data quality standards, and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear, concise narratives that inform strategic initiatives and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field, preferably in a fintech or large-scale SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Python for data processing and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying them to real‑world business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non‑technical audiences.
