Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from clinical trials and operational sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators for clinical and commercial teams.
- Perform statistical analyses in R to identify trends, outliers, and correlations that inform product development and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and present findings in clear, non‑technical language.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a regulated industry, preferably healthcare or medtech.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
