Lead a data analytics team to design, implement, and optimize business processes using SQL, Python, and visualization tools while driving project delivery, change management, and stakeholder training.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute data‑driven strategies to improve business processes and support clean‑energy initiatives.
- Lead a team of analysts in extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports with tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Manage end‑to‑end analytics projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder training and documentation of new processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong background in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and storytelling with data.
- Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills, including requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and training abilities to guide cross‑functional teams through change initiatives.
