About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations in Tableau and Excel to communicate trends and performance metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and basic statistical modelling using Python to identify insights that inform program strategy.
- Collaborate with program managers and senior analysts to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Document data pipelines, analytical methods, and findings in clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, International Development or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience building visualisations and dashboards with Tableau or advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for using data to drive social impact.
