About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple healthcare and pharmacy systems.
- Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques in Python and R to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, delivering actionable insights to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, validate findings, and translate analytical results into clear recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations and internal governance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Hands‑on experience creating Tableau dashboards and advanced Excel modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven setting.
