About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and integrate large datasets from electronic health records, claims systems, and operational sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to monitor clinical outcomes, patient flow, and financial performance.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends, risk factors, and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Automate ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure timely, accurate data delivery for reporting and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis within a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Advanced Tableau skills, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
