Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL queries and data models to support UHC COVE analytics initiatives.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Python, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau; advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experience applying them to real‑world data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations.
