About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load Medicare Advantage product and benefit data.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, assess performance metrics, and support the Medicare STARS program.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide production support for data assets, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve data reliability and accessibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and healthcare data standards (e.g., Medicare Advantage).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
