About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Build and refine data models and statistical analyses to forecast outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings in clear, actionable formats.
- Document data processes, maintain metadata repositories, and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a healthcare or related environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and secure data handling is a plus.
