Data Analyst
Mid‑level Data Analyst responsible for extracting insights from clinical and operational datasets, building dashboards, and supporting data‑driven decision making using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of healthcare and operational data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Document data pipelines, analytical methods, and findings for reproducibility and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit‑learn.
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Tableau or similar BI tools.
