Essential Functions :
Manages day-to-day results reporting and visualization through research and analysis of data.
Analyzes data to discover and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships.
Helps provides effective and strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data.
Monitors and evaluates trends for performance and growth opportunities.
Works cross-functionally to establish instrumentation and reporting standards.
Creates dashboards and reports to communicate KPI’s and actionable data.
Reviews data quality to provide guidance and controls to upstream data providers and sources.
Triage requests, gather user requirements and facilitate ad hoc report and data requests with a quick and efficient turn-around.
Communicates with Data Analyst team members on findings, solutions, and recommendations.
Participates in the on-call support rotation.
Serves as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned department to:
Creates and maintains Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards/reports to measure department effectiveness.
Documents department/business critical reports.
Builds rapport with department managers, stake holders, and users to provide expert advice.
Attends meetings and provide insight of departmental statistics.
Research and collaborate with other resources to support data integrity within the enterprise data warehouse and various system databases.
Works with stakeholders/management in the planning, strategizing, and measurement of both short and long term business objectives.
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in the area(s) below, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved:
Experience in a statistical scripting language such as TSQL, R, or Python.
