About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from member and provider interactions to identify trends and root causes of operational issues.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to provide real‑time insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from enterprise data warehouses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and report on progress toward service‑level goals.

Requirements
