Entry‑level Data Analyst responsible for extracting insights from large, high‑dimensional datasets using Python, SQL, and visualization tools to support business decision‑making and feed advanced analytics projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and transform high‑volume data sets from multiple sources for analysis.
- Apply statistical techniques and machine‑learning models to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau (or similar) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to provide data inputs for larger Big Data and predictive modeling initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analysis workflows and improve data‑processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
