Data Analyst
Entry‑level Data Analyst responsible for collecting, validating, and organizing clinical, operational, and financial data, building standard reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports from diverse data sources to support departmental and enterprise initiatives.
- Develop and update interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Validate data quality, resolve discrepancies, and document data lineage for auditability.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas) and advanced Excel.
- Hands‑on experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
