About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large clinical and operational datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations in Tableau to support decision‑making across health services.
- Collaborate with clinicians, product owners and IT teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modelling to identify trends, improve patient outcomes and optimise resource allocation.
- Document data definitions, lineage and governance procedures to ensure compliance with health‑sector standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a healthcare or public‑sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on expertise with Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
