Data Analyst supporting global Customer Operations, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, integrating data from SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Amazon Connect to improve quote‑to‑cash processes, profitability and working‑capital efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into Customer Ops KPIs across all regions.
- Extract, transform, and load data from SAP, SVCMAX, Salesforce, Excel, Amazon Connect and other sources to create unified data models.
- Analyze quote‑to‑cash workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to boost profitability and reduce working capital.
- Collaborate with regional Customer Ops teams and internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Produce ad‑hoc analytical reports and visualizations to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience integrating data from ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and reporting.
- Understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes and ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a global environment.
