About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support business analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to define data requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings in clear, non‑technical language.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing actionable recommendations that influence strategic initiatives.
- Document data models, processes, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, able to explain complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Excel, data modeling, and data governance best practices is a plus.
