Data Analyst
Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement for Group Engineering by designing Power Platform solutions, building Power BI dashboards, automating workflows, and enforcing data governance to boost efficiency and decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate engineering processes and reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual analytics that provide real‑time insight into asset performance, project tracking, and financial metrics.
- Implement data governance standards, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across engineering, operations, finance, and procurement data sources.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of digital tools.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend data‑driven enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI and Power Automate.
- Strong SQL querying skills and familiarity with relational databases.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate complex engineering and financial data into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
