Data Analyst
Data Analyst with 11+ years of experience in healthcare, nutrition, and financial subsidy data, driving data lifecycle management, analytics, and reporting for executive and stakeholder decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across medical, nutrition, and financial subsidy datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to the Executive Steering Committee and program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer to establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses to support program evaluation, forecasting, and policy development.
Requirements
- 11+ years of data analysis experience in a complex, regulated environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experience with predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management.
