About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load large volumes of debt‑market data from PDFs and legacy systems into a unified data lake on AWS.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries to cleanse, enrich, and model data for downstream analytics.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to support credit research and portfolio management teams.
- Apply machine‑learning techniques to identify patterns, predict credit risk, and enhance content recommendation engines.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data requirements and improve data quality pipelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within financial services or related domain.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda).
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
