Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate data integrity across the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and automate SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting purposes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to provide actionable insights to clinical and quality assurance teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Document data definitions, workflows, and quality control procedures to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and understanding of healthcare data standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
