About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems to support commercial analysis.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize sales, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Perform ad‑hoc data queries and statistical analysis in Excel to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to define KPI requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Document data models, reporting processes, and best practices for ongoing analytics governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business questions into data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
