Data Analyst embedded in the Center for Connected Care, turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, and BI tools to support multiple business lines and drive growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with six business lines to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators.
- Perform data modeling and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across disparate healthcare data sources.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership that support organizational growth and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
