Data Analyst - Christian Recovery Centers, Inc

Overview: As a growing 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CRCI is always looking for new talented individuals who can be an addition to its efforts. Position Overview: The Data Analyst supports CRCI’s leadership, programs, and social enterprises by turning organizational data into accurate, honest, and actionable information. This position is responsible for collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from across the organization — including resident and program records, thrift store and social enterprise sales, marketing and advertising performance, IT and asset systems, and grant reporting requirements — and for presenting findings in clear reports and dashboards that support sound decision-making. The Data Analyst works within CRCI’s established data systems (including Airtable, Google Workspace, and connected platforms) and helps ensure that the organization’s data is reliable, secure, well-documented, and handled in full compliance with applicable confidentiality standards.

Job Summary: The Data Analyst gathers, maintains, and analyzes data across CRCI’s programs, campuses, and social enterprises. This includes building and maintaining reports and dashboards, performing data quality checks, supporting grant and funder reporting, analyzing program outcomes and business performance, and assisting departments in understanding and using their own data. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, effective communication, and an ability to independently research and learn — with an emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, honesty in reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from CRCI systems, including Airtable bases, point-of-sale exports, advertising platforms, spreadsheets, and other organizational sources.
• Enter, import, and structure data accurately and consistently according to established standards.
• Maintain and improve existing data tables, fields, views, and linked records within CRCI’s databases.
• Assist in connecting and syncing data between systems (e.g., integrations and automations) under the direction of the Systems Manager.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build, maintain, and deliver recurring reports and dashboards for leadership, departments, and programs.
