About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain performance metrics for CalAIM programs, ensuring alignment with DHCS and Medi‑Cal Managed Care Plan requirements.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights for program leadership.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders across care management and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with program managers to translate analytical results into strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare program evaluation and familiarity with DHCS/MCP reporting standards is a plus.
