About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from program and project management systems to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into schedule performance, resource utilization, and key metrics.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data across multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineers, and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to cross‑functional teams.
