About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and other BI reports for BFSI business units.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Develop Python scripts to automate reporting, data processing, and reconciliation workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models.
- Monitor data quality, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement improvements to ensure accurate, timely insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst in the BFSI domain.
- Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for creating visualizations and dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Experience developing Python automation scripts for reporting and data reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
