Data Analyst
Data Analyst responsible for mining, organizing, and visualizing data to support the CIO Division Director, using Tableau, Power BI, and statistical tools to drive data‑informed decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and cleanse data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Apply statistical techniques to interpret data sets, identify trends, and produce descriptive analyses.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI to communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct SWOT‑style analytical assessments to highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the division.
- Collaborate with the Division Director and cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong SQL querying skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis and data mining methodologies.
- Ability to present complex findings in clear, actionable formats for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
