Data Analyst
Combine data analysis and technical support to deliver actionable insights and resolve client issues, leveraging SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau within a fast‑growing telecom billing software environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from billing and CRM systems using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel to monitor key performance indicators for telecom clients.
- Provide Tier‑1/2 technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues related to billing platforms, APIs, and data integrations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and support tickets.
- Document support procedures, data pipelines, and reporting standards to ensure knowledge sharing across the Operations Team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in telecommunications or SaaS.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation; strong Excel skills.
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Tableau or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide clear technical support.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
