About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, including voter registries, survey results, and campaign databases.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize voter trends, turnout forecasts, and issue sentiment.
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling in Python to identify target demographics and optimize outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with program managers and communications teams to translate data insights into actionable campaign recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, documentation, and compliance with privacy standards throughout the analysis workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong Python skills for data cleaning, analysis, and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Background in statistical analysis and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
