Data Analyst
Data Analyst responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing student evaluation data, creating reports, and developing efficient methodologies for data collection and archiving using tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and manage course, clerkship, and elective evaluation forms to students.
- Collect, download, clean, and archive evaluation data using web‑based applications and appropriate software.
- Develop and document step‑by‑step methodologies to streamline data collection, analysis, and storage processes.
- Generate timely reports and supporting materials for program evaluation, faculty, and curricular committees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support continuous improvement of evaluation workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and cleaning techniques, with experience using SQL and Python.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and ability to interpret evaluation results.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Experience creating clear, concise reports for academic or programmatic audiences.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
