About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple internal and external sources using SQL and Python to build robust data pipelines.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify key drivers of impact and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Document data processes, maintain metadata repositories, and provide training to colleagues on data tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands‑on expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for creating dynamic dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience working in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment is a plus.
