About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement computational pipelines for large‑scale genomic and single‑cell data integration.
- Apply machine learning and statistical methods to identify disease circuitry and therapeutic target genes.
- Collaborate with experimental scientists to refine hypotheses and guide laboratory experiments.
- Interpret and visualize complex biological results for cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Maintain reproducible codebases and documentation using version control best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and pipeline development.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling in biological contexts.
- Strong understanding of genomics and single‑cell data structures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
