Accountabilities:

• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data across organizational databases.
• Manage data backups and ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining data management standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and organize new data.
• Monitor data entry processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with IT teams to optimize database performance and improve data management processes.
• Support ongoing initiatives to enhance data governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing databases while maintaining high standards of data quality and security. Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of database structures, data management principles, and data mining techniques.
• Experience managing data collection, analysis, storage, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data administration tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
