About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions covering core cybersecurity concepts, threat modeling, and defense strategies.
- Facilitate hands‑on labs and workshops using industry‑standard tools such as Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Linux command line.
- Create comprehensive training materials, assignments, assessments, and capstone projects that reflect real‑world security incidents.
- Mentor participants through practical exercises, troubleshooting, and scenario‑based simulations to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Continuously update curriculum to align with emerging threats, regulatory standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering cybersecurity training or conducting security workshops.
- Strong technical background in network security, penetration testing, and security tooling.
- Proficiency with Linux environments and scripting languages such as Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP) are a plus.
