Lead AI‑driven security operations initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to modernize SOCs, automate detection and response, and enhance analyst capabilities through intelligent workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled detection and automated response projects within the security operations center.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and vendor partners to design, implement, and optimize intelligent security workflows.
- Drive operational readiness, ensuring seamless integration of new tools and processes into existing SOC environments.
- Align stakeholder expectations, manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and report progress to executive leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback loops and metrics to refine detection accuracy and response efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity projects, preferably in SOC modernization or AI‑driven security environments.
- Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and automated response technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional team leadership.
