Security Engineer
UAE National Cybersecurity Professional to design, implement, and monitor security initiatives, strengthen posture, and align with national strategies using threat analysis, risk assessment, and incident response expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies that align with national security frameworks and organizational objectives.
- Conduct threat analysis, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential security gaps.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to contain, investigate, and remediate security incidents.
- Design and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure cloud configurations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, preparing audit reports and security documentation.
Requirements
- Strong background in cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and risk management.
- Hands‑on experience with network security tools, SIEM platforms, and cloud security services.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- UAE National citizenship required.
