Security Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of secure cloud and workload environments, ensuring robust protection across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms while driving threat modeling, IAM best practices, and continuous security improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy secure cloud and workload solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security architecture reviews for new and existing services.
- Implement and manage IAM policies, encryption, and network segmentation to protect data and workloads.
- Automate security controls and monitoring using IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and security tooling.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud security engineering, with hands‑on expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
