Security Engineer
Lead security operations and risk management across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Mimecast environments, leveraging GRC frameworks and Cybergraph analytics to protect enterprise data and ensure compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments.
- Lead GRC initiatives, including policy development, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Configure and manage Mimecast email security, threat intelligence, and data loss prevention.
- Utilize Cybergraph to map threat landscapes, conduct incident investigations, and recommend mitigations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security solutions into DevOps pipelines.
- Provide security awareness training and support incident response activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity management.
- Hands‑on expertise with Mimecast, Cybergraph, and GRC tools.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals, Mimecast Certified Administrator) preferred.
