Cybersecurity Analyst - Cadillac Products Packaging Company

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events across corporate and manufacturing plant environments using SIEM platforms.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, coordinating with IT and operations teams to contain and remediate threats.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, documenting findings and recommending mitigations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Provide security awareness training and support for end‑user security practices.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools, network security technologies, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is a plus.
