About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic manual and automated STIG evaluations to validate system security posture.
- Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and remediate findings in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain security controls, risk assessments, and compliance documentation for TTWCS systems.
- Lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security requirements into design and development lifecycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security engineering within defense or regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of STIG, NIST, and other security frameworks.
- Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools, risk assessment methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
